DO YOU OFFER ONGOING SUPPORT? 

ABSOLUTELY! I am still yours 30 days free of charge after launch! After that I have ongoing support options we can go over. 

WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU BUILD YOUR WEBSITES ON? 

I primarily build websites on WIX. It's an amazing platform that allows to build one-of-a-kind, mobile-friendly websites while also being incredibly user-friendly in the backend. It offers great design flexibility with the power of Wordpress for your blogging and can be used as an e-commerce or membership platform too, using third-party plugins.  

However, we know that every business is different so we always ensure that we choose the best platform based on your business goals. 

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? 

After the initial 30% deposit is paid, projects can be split into monthly payments to spread the remaining balance. I do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer.

HOW SOON CAN I GET STARTED? 

That is entirely dependant on the project type, and current availability. Typically once you fill out the questionaire we get started within 48 hours! 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS? 

This will depend entirely on the scope of your project but typically a full brand and website project is ready for launch after 8-12 weeks.
